About Our Vegan and Halal Cosmetics

About Where We Source Our Ingredients

- Our international manufacturers of mineral ingredients have complied with all REACH requirements and possess documented evidence to support this. REACH is a European Union regulation aimed at safeguarding human health and the environment from chemical risks while bolstering the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry. It also advocates for alternative methods for assessing substance hazards to reduce animal testing. Our manufacturers have provided us written statement/declaration that no animal testing has been done.
- We take proactive measures to ensure that our mica is not sourced from mines employing child labour in India. Although we do not procure our mineral ingredients such as Mica from India, our manufacturers have provided us written statement/declaration that the mineral ingredients such as Mica is not sourced from mines in India.
- The best news is, the ingredients in our mineral powder products have been around for a very long time and there would be no need for further testing. And, over the years, the beauty industry in general has stepped away from buying products from these suspected mines. We support the "Made in the Free World" initiative and encourage others to join us in supporting ethical sourcing practices.
