We pride ourselves on our ability to provide bespoke makeup services to our clients. Our operation set-up is specifically designed to offer flexibility and customisation, allowing us to meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers.

Custom-Made Formulation - Natural Ingredients Only

We work exclusively with natural ingredients. As our facility is dedicated to natural cosmetic manufacturing, we are unable to accommodate formulations that require synthetic or chemical-based ingredients outside our approved natural raw material range.

In addition, we do not manufacture water-based products. This includes skincare, liquid foundations, creams, lotions, or any formulations containing water, as these require a different manufacturing setup and preservation system.  As well, we do not offer custom-made formulation for making "compact" powder cosmetics. 

If you would like us to develop a custom-made makeup product using natural ingredients, you will need to provide a list of the specific ingredients you wish to include in the formulation. We will then assess the availability of those ingredients, their suitability for cosmetic use, and the associated costs based on current market pricing.

Custom-Made Formulations are subject to the following fees: 

  • Formulation Fee (depending on the product)
  • Ingredients price
  • Compliance Safety Assessment (the price is £350 to £450/per product by the chemist companies).  We will also charge £150 for our time for providing information to the chemist company.
  • MOQ is higher than our standard product, and the quantity is depending on the product

Custom-Filling and Packaging 

One of the key aspects of our bespoke makeup service is the option for our clients to have their products filled-in and packaged in their own containers. Whether it's  lipstick tube, or a unique foundation container, we have the capabilities to fill and package our high-quality natural makeup products in your own containers.
