We pride ourselves on our ability to provide bespoke makeup services to our clients. Our operation set-up is specifically designed to offer flexibility and customisation, allowing us to meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers.

Custom-Made Formulation - Natural & Clean Ingredients Only

We work exclusively with natural and/or clean ingredients, as our facility does not accommodate working with chemical-based ingredients. 

Custom-Made Formulations are subject to the following fees: 

  • Formulation Fee (depending on the product)
  • Ingredients price
  • Compliance Safety Assessment (the price is £350 to £450/per product).  
  • MOQ is higher than our standard product.

Water-Based Formulations

Products containing water (such as liquid foundations, creams, lotions, primers, liquid blushes, and similar formulations) require a more extensive development process to ensure product stability, safety, and performance.

Development timeline: Up to 5 months

This process includes:

  • Initial formulation development
  • Sample creation and revisions
  • Client testing and approval
  • Packaging compatibility testing
  • Stability testing
  • Challenge testing (preservative efficacy testing)
  • Compliance review
  • Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR)
  • Regulatory documentation and certification requirements

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 5,000 units per product

Please note that compliance testing, safety assessments, certification, and regulatory requirements incur additional costs, which vary depending on the product type and market requirements.

Anhydrous (Non-Water-Based) Formulations

Products that do not contain water generally require a shorter development process.

Development timeline: Up to 4 months

This process includes:

  • Initial formulation development
  • Sample creation and revisions
  • Client testing and approval
  • Packaging compatibility testing
  • Stability assessment
  • Compliance review
  • Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR)
  • Regulatory documentation and certification requirements

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 3,000 units per product

Custom-Filling and Packaging
