Creating your own line of beautiful natural makeup is a detailed and exciting process — and we are here to make it as straightforward as possible. As an important first step, we encourage you to explore our website thoroughly, where you will find comprehensive information regarding our products, pricing, MOQs, delivery, and services.

To ensure we can provide focused support to serious brand partners, we kindly ask that you review the information available online before contacting us. Please note that we may not respond to enquiries requesting details that are already clearly provided and accessible on our website.

Here are the steps:

1) Check Product Information - Our website contains all the essential information potential clients require to support their decision-making process, such as MOQ, Price, Labelling, Delivery Information, etc.  

For product information, simply click on any shade within the product listing.  The price will be displayed along with links to additional details.

2) Choose Packaging - We offer standard containers for our un-branded products.  You can purchase the "Packaging Samples Pack" so that you can view how the packaging looks like (e.g. jars, caps, lipgloss), and for selecting the type of packaging you wish to have for your brand.  Packaging is included in the price.

You may also supply your own packaging/containers to us, as we offer a custom-filling service.  Please note that MOQ maybe higher depending on the product, and pricing maybe be slightly cheaper.

3) Check Labelling Requirements - Please refer to the information on our website.

4) Check Compliance to Regulations - Please refer to the information on our website.

5) Buy Sample Packs - This is to test the texture and select your desired colours for your brand. 

6) Buy Products Online - Once you have selected the shades from your Samples Packs, buy them from our website, including Label Design Service.

7) Create a List of Colour Name - Make a List of distinct "Colour Names" for the shades/colours you've selected and bought for your brand in a spreadsheet with the corresponding colour codes (our codes), and forward it to us.  We need this for printing the colour names on your Product Information label that goes on the bottom of jars .      

Our Design Studio will then reach out to request your Logo Artworks and any other essential information required for label design. Following completion, they will provide you with a PDF proof of the labels for your review and approval.

8) Start Marketing & Selling Your Brand - At this point, we begin preparing your products and labels. Upon receiving them, all you need to do is to start marketing and selling your brand!
