EU & UK Compliance
Private Label Compliance & EU CPNP Support
As the brand owner, you are legally responsible for placing cosmetic products on the UK and/or EU market and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations.
All of our makeup products have undergone cosmetic safety assessment and are supported by a valid Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and a complete Product Information File (PIF) in accordance with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.
To protect our proprietary formulations, we retain ownership of the full Product Information File (PIF), quantitative formulation, and confidential formulation data. These documents are not supplied to third parties.
However, to support your regulatory obligations, we will provide the information reasonably required for your appointed Responsible Person to complete cosmetic product notifications under your brand, including:
- Product name and product category
- INCI ingredient listing
- Product label information
- Confirmation that the formulation is supported by a valid CPSR
This information can be used by you or your appointed Responsible Person to submit notifications through the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) under your own brand name.
Please note that UK cosmetic regulations operate separately following Brexit. If you intend to sell products within Great Britain, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with UK cosmetic regulations and any applicable notification requirements.
If you are unsure of your regulatory obligations, we recommend consulting a suitably qualified Responsible Person or cosmetic regulatory consultant before placing products on the market.
