EU & UK Compliance

As a brand owner, you are legally responsible for placing the product on the UK & EU market and ensuring compliance. 

All of our natural cosmetic formulations are manufactured in compliance with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and are supported by a complete Product Information File (PIF), including a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).

Our formulations are fully compliant and supported by complete Product Information Files (PIFs).  We retain the full PIF and quantitative formulation to protect our proprietary formulations.  However, we will provide the necessary product information to enable you to submit your own CPNP notification to EU Portal under your brand name and appointed Responsible Person.

Please note that UK cosmetic regulations operate separately post-Brexit, and brand owners must ensure UK-specific compliance when selling within the UK market.
