Our Private Label Clean Black Eye Pencil is expertly formulated with carefully selected clean, naturally derived ingredients to deliver rich, highly pigmented colour, smooth application, and long-lasting definition. Its creamy texture glides effortlessly across the lash line for comfortable, all-day wear.

Labelling 

The Product Information must be clearly legible to meet applicable UK and EU labelling requirements. Due to the limited space available on the pencil, it is not possible to include all the necessary information at a suitable, readable size. For this reason, we do not offer labels for direct application to this product.

However, brand owners can choose to have their pencils packaged in "slim cellophane bags". This provides a larger surface area, allowing us to print a label with the required product information at a more suitable and legible size for application to the bag.
